Would You Like To Play More This Summer?

You’re side swiped by another vehicle. The impact is so strong that it forces you to crash into the Jersey barrier facing oncoming traffic. When things calm down you breathe a sigh of relief because no one else was hurt. You’re so happy there are no broken bones or internal injuries.

The next day, however, you find out you’ve hurt your neck and your entire body is now sore. The pain is unbearable at times, and walking from one end of the house to the other feels like you’re running a marathon and need to lie down. You wonder if you’re ever going to be able to do the things you love again - especially "Play"!

On September 2002, I was on my way home from my massage therapy class when I experienced the above incident. How ironic, right? In massage therapy school I had already learned and become aware of the many benefits of massage. However, it was the amazing healing experience and the massage therapy process itself that really opened my eyes to this unique methodology.

Massage…..aaaaaaah!! Not only did it help with pain management, it also helped reduce my stress so that I was able to get back to living my life …… and playing!

Is there something holding you back from doing the things you’d like to do this summer? What is on your short list?

Playing tennis, shooting hoop, and hiking are the things on my shortlist this summer. Massage therapy changed everything for me back then, and now.

Don’t let pain, low energy, or sickness get in your way. Massage therapy not only reduces or eliminates pain; it also boosts your immune system and decreases stress, and so much more.

Stay in better shape and get the most out of your summer, and beyond.

For the month of July, we are offering $20 off a one-hour massage. Massage your way to better health, and more play-time!
