Dear Friends,
The more I thought of 2024, the more I wondered what message I could send that would be empowering, perhaps moving you to do what you were unable to do but wanted to in 2023 but, for one reason or another, did not happen.
My dream is for you to BELIEVE. Yes, to believe in yourself, and all you have already learned and have become, which has gotten you where you are now, and no doubt where you want to arrive at in the future. The best mom, dad, son, daughter, sibling, friend, wife, husband, schoolmate, office worker, student, doctor, athlete, neighbor, etc.
This dream is not only for you but for me too, as I push forward with new and challenging good work in Healthy Living. This month I got a little creative and enlisted the help of “Mama Mia” the movie, and Amanda Seyfried as my backup production in music and singing. (Disclaimer - not a professional singer, nor want to be, so forgive any mistakes). I hope you like it. Most importantly may it serve as a kind nudge moving you forward to doing great things you dream of, and want to become.
Believe that you are amazing! Think of all the incredibly good work you have created and brought forth into the world! Think of all the good service to others! Now, seize the new year firmly and tight, and go do more “good” and reach more dreams! Be Inspired! Do not let anything stop you! BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN. Continue dreaming, believing, and being Healthy with us in 2024!! Yes, Be Inspired!
